The Role We're looking for aSenior Visual Brand Designerwith exceptional graphic design skills and a passion for brand storytelling. In this role, you'll shape the visual identity of our monetization products and bring it to life across user experiences. You'll lead the creative development of our brand system, ensuring every touchpoint, from UI to marketing, feels cohesive, intentional, and emotionally resonant. You'll collaborate across disciplines to translate brand principles into scalable design systems and polished product experiences. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives at the intersection of craft and strategy. ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve the visual identity of our monetization products, ensuring consistency across platforms and experiences. Apply brand design principles to product features, flows, and user journeys with a high level of craft and attention to detail. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure brand fidelity from concept to implementation. Build and maintain a flexible, scalable design system that reflects our brand and supports rapid product development. Lead visual storytelling efforts that communicate our mission and values to internal and external audiences. Translate customer insights and business goals into compelling visual strategies and creative executions. Mentor and inspire fellow designers, fostering a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and continuous learning. |
