Your Team, Your Impact We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards Team in Santa Clara, CA office. Reporting into the Director of Global Benefits, your role will play a critical part in managing benefits systems and processes across the Americas, with a strong focus on the U.S. 401(k) and NQDC plans.You will serve as the subject matter expert on eligibility, file management, and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless administration of core and voluntary benefits such as FSA, HSA, and commuter programs. You'll also lead compliance and employee education efforts for our retirement plans, while continuously improving processes to enhance the employee experience. What We're Looking For
Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 88,820 - 133,100, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
