Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards Team in Santa Clara, CA office. Reporting into the Director of Global Benefits, your role will play a critical part in managing benefits systems and processes across the Americas, with a strong focus on the U.S. 401(k) and NQDC plans.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on eligibility, file management, and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless administration of core and voluntary benefits such as FSA, HSA, and commuter programs. You'll also lead compliance and employee education efforts for our retirement plans, while continuously improving processes to enhance the employee experience.

What You Can Expect

  • Manage benefit administration systems for the Americas, including partnering with the benefit administrators, managing file feeds, eligibility rules/requirements, and the payroll integration.
  • Act as the team lead for all Payroll and Workday integrations related to benefits.
  • Maintain and manage the 401(k) and NQDC Plan, including all compliance, audits, open enrollment, and employee education.
  • Manage the relationship with voluntary benefit vendors (FSA, HSA, commuter plans, etc.).
  • Oversee reimbursement programs such as tuition, adoption, and surrogacy.
  • Assist with benefit communication efforts, partnering with internal and external teams.
  • Support the US and Canada Open Enrollment periods, including communications, employee education, enrollment system updates, and all the other logistics that lead to successful enrollment periods.
  • Manage the COBRA benefits enrollment, including all communications.
  • Partner with the HR Operations team to ensure employee inquiries are being answered appropriately, proactively identifying trends and escalating issues.
  • Lead or partner on special projects, including M&A activity and company or Total Rewards Team initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of benefits experience, preferably at a high-tech company.
  • Deep understanding of benefits administration processes, including eligibility management and file fees.
  • Hands-on experience managing 401(k) and NQDC plans.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and drive accountability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent collaborator, partnering with and leading internal and external teams on complex projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with common HR and Benefits systems such as Workday, benefit enrollment systems, etc.
  • Has an employee-first mindset, driven to provide employees with excellent service and programs.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

88,820 - 133,100, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
