Production Planner

As our next Materials & Production Planner, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our production lines flow smoothly and customer commitments are met with precision. Your work will directly influence on-time delivery, inventory efficiency, and production reliability, making you a central link between supply, manufacturing, and our customers.

By coordinating materials and production planning, you'll help minimize delays, avoid stockouts, and improve data accuracy in our systems-creating a more responsive and agile operation. You'll collaborate closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and customer service teams, helping us deliver smarter, more reliable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow-up when necessary to avoid stockouts
• Ensure accuracy of purchase order due dates;
• Promise customer orders based on the availability of material and capacity
• Release production orders to manufacturing based on material availability
• Work with manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery of products
• Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements to lower inventory, reduce stockouts and to improve on-time deliver
• Maintain master data information in SA
• Create and/or publish planning reports.

• Analyze inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain adequate stock
• Review and monitor purchase order delivery dates to ensure accuracy
• Schedule customer orders based on material and capacity availability
• Release production work orders in line with material readiness
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery
• Recommend and support process improvements to reduce stockouts and improve efficiency
• Maintain planning and material master data in SAP (should you mentioned with? like SAP ERP/MRP?)
• Generate and distribute planning and production reports as required
