As part of the Employee Engagement team for the Cisco Product Org, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment. Our team is focused, fast-paced, adaptable, and always looking for creative ideas.

Your Impact

You have strong strategic oversight, stakeholder management, and are passionate about the execution excellence required to drive high-impact programs and events from inception to completion. You have deep experience leading large-scale projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring alignment between business goals and program event outcomes.

* Program Management and Planning: Lead the design, development, and implementation of key programs and events that support the strategic goals of the product organization and Cisco. Identify and mitigate potential risks and establish clear metrics to assess program success and drive continuous improvement.

* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key partners to identify requirements to achieve a high level of participation and engagement. Lead and encourage project teams to achieve high-quality results.

* Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and team members, ensuring clarity and alignment.

* Budget & Project Management: Build detailed project plans, manage timelines, and be responsible for budgets to ensure successful program execution.

* Leadership & Problem Solving: Consistent track record leading cross-functional teams without direct authority. Ability to anticipate challenges, analyze risks, and implement solutions proactively.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

* 10+ years of proven experience in program management, focusing on leading large-scale programs and events.

* Proven ability to run multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.

* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
