Talent Sourcer, Microsoft AI

Microsoft
United States, California, Mountain View
Jul 13, 2025
OverviewMicrosoft AI is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top technical talent across Engineering roles. You'll support hiring for teams building foundational and consumer-facing AI systems-sourcing engineers across backend, infrastructure, mobile, full-stack, and platform roles, with the flexibility to support Product and Applied AI roles as business needs evolve. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and fellow sourcers to build pipelines for highly skilled, often passive, technical talent. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands how to source beyond LinkedIn, and is comfortable pivoting across multiple technical domains. Experience with Bay Area startup talent and technical communities is a plus. This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, CA, with an expectation of being in-office at least 3 days per week. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
