KPMG is currently seeking aSenior Associate, Administrative Services (EASC) to join our Administrativeorganization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic discussions with internal clients, conduct requirements gathering, and provide guidance to team members; monitor operational objectives against client criteria and service level agreements to ensure successful project delivery; perform quality reviews of team members' deliverables and ensure they meet client's expectations and deadlines to maintain high-quality standards
  • Champion a customer-centric focus to the role and act as the first point of escalation to ensure high levels of client satisfaction; gain advanced knowledge of clients' policies, procedures, and technology applications; cultivate productive relationships between operational, functional, and program related stakeholders
  • Participate actively and constructively during Administrative Services team meetings and serve on internal project teams to grow knowledge and skills; contribute to the overall success of Administrative Services initiatives
  • Identify operational/delivery related issues and escalate as needed; act as a liaison between the manager and Executive Assistants (EA) to share wins and constructive feedback based on the execution and delivery of tasks to ensure seamless communication
  • Encourage and support continuous improvement initiatives such as automation and procedural enhancements; ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) documents accurately reflect the way the process is performed, updating every time a process change is administered to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide performance management, coaching, guidance, training, and direction to members of the work group and/or support the onboarding and training in accordance with clients' standard operating procedures; collaborate between teams to share best practices related to service delivery, policies, procedures, and technology to drive innovation and excellence

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in the customer service/hospitality industry/administrative support services
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Solid working knowledge of functional service lines, processes, and policies; able to understand technological changes at the firm-wide and functional level, disseminate e-comms, monitor for system outages, and liaise with technology partners to drive impactful change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capability to understand processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness; capacity to adapt to and support change as well as to deliver exceptional results in a hybrid team environment to effectively engage and accommodate client and team needs virtually and in office to drive success
  • Able to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with a high level of discretion; proven interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels; performance management experience preferred to drive team success
  • Proven ability to drive impactful results and sustained performance in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality; excellent time and project management skills to drive success
