From your PASSION to ours

Lactalis U.S. Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Warehouse I based in Londonderry, NH.

As a Warehouse I, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to picking cases of yogurt based on customer order using a pallet jack or forklift. The role includes picking cases of yogurt based on customer order using a pallet jack or forklift. Additionally, the Warehouse I will collaborate with team members in the warehouse, industrial or supply chain teams to align duties with the company's goals and values.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Use of handheld scanners is required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in a cold environment is required.
  • Requires the ability to flex schedule as needed to meet business demands, including nights and/or weekends.

Schedule:

Yes - you read that right! Our two week rotation in Production allows our team members to have every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday off!

We run 12 hour shifts - Week 1: 48 Hours, Week 2: 36 hours

  • Week 1: Sat - On, Sun - On, Mon - Off, Tues - Off, Wed - On Thurs - On, Fri - Off
  • Week 2: Sat - Off, Sun - Off, Mon - On, Tues - On, Wed - Off, Thurs - Off, Fri - On
Requirements

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Accurately declare factory pallets with the correct SKU and quality using handheld scanner at established rate.
  • Safely, accurately, and efficiently operate pallet jack and fork-lift.
  • Assemble stable pallets for storage within the distribution center.
  • Wrap, label and stage pallets for storage put away.
  • Move finished pallet to assigned location in the Warehouse.
  • Pick customer orders or move full pallets within the warehouse as required to meet business needs.
  • Participate with inventory counts.
  • Rework and/or handpack product as required to meet customer requirements according to business needs.
  • Maintain a clean working area.
  • Responsible for all aspects of food safety and quality, as applicable and defined in plant and department procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to audit preparation, inventory preparation, safety programs etc.
  • Use of handheld scanners is required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in a cold environment is required.
