Job Description:

Ryan Companies US, Inc., an industry leader in commercial real estate, has an immediate career opportunity for a Real Estate Coordinator to join our team! This role will provide administrative support to real estate management operations.

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Communicate and work with external customers such as cleaning subcontractors.

  • Assist in budgeting process.

  • Prepare, distribute and follow up on property market studies.

  • Coordinate tenant service requests.

  • Assist in implementing tenant relationship plans.

  • Collect delinquent rent while maintaining positive tenant relationships.

  • Mentor/train Property Assistant at entry level.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum two years experience in property management.

  • Strong knowledge of property management billing and process software.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to assist in the budgeting process with a good knowledge of accounting.

  • Able to train/mentor entry-level Property Assistant.

  • Demonstrated commitment to exceeding internal and external customer expectations.

  • Strong analytical skills; good mathematical aptitude.

  • Strong knowledge of property management terminology and processes.

The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
