The Executive Assistant is a non-supervisory position with the responsibility of maintaining accounts payables and assisting the Executive Director with daily activities as needed within ENTAA Care, a practice pod within Johns hopkins Regional Physicians LLC. The work location is Glen Burnie, MD.

Hours

Monday-Friday, day shift

Qualifications



  • A high school diploma or GED required. A bachelors degree in business strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical setting
  • Knowledge of accounts payable practices
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  • Skills in computer systems and applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Peachtree)
  • Skill in understanding external requirements of payers, government, and accrediting agencies by designing outcomes/systems that fulfill the requirements.

Salary Range: Minimum $28.00/hour - Maximum $32.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
