Porter - Continuum Apartments (White Plains, NY)

Continuum Apartments (LCOR) is seeking a Porter to join our team!

Job Responsibilities for this position include:

• Resident package delivery.
• Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment around the Office, Amenities and all common areas.
• Inspect property and report any safety hazards or needed repairs to Maintenance Supervisor
• Assist with garbage and recyclable items removal daily
• Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift 25-75 lbs on a regular basis.
• Equal amount of walking, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, and bending
• Assist with moving appliances, water heaters, planters, garbage cans, parking blocks, abandoned furniture and supplies as needed
• Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations.
• May be required to work weekends
• Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services, including but not limited to pest control, property inspections, etc.

Required Skills for this position include:

• Candidate must be reliable, personable and customer oriented
• English proficiency required
• Proven ability to deliver 5-star customer service
