About the role:Lead and manage the HR Business Partner team to support the strategic objectives of the organization. Partner with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance, culture, and employee engagement.

This is a hybrid role located at our New York City office.

What you will be doing:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership withing the Commercial Office.

  • Talent Management:Oversee talent planning, acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Ensure effective succession planning and leadership development.

  • Organizational Health:Monitor and enhance organizational health through effective HR programs and initiatives. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local laws. Mitigate HR-related risks.

  • Employee Relations:Manage complex employee relations issues. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters.

  • HR Program Management:Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Performance Management:Drive the performance management process. Ensure alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.

  • Change Management:Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives. Support leaders and employees through transitions.

What you bring:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience:Minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.

  • Certifications:PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

    • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $236,790.00 - $397,810.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
