We're looking for an experienced, process-driven HR Generalist to join our growing People team. In this high-impact role, you'll ensure smooth, secure, and compliant HR operations across the globe-from managing Workday workflows and immigration cases to coordinating access for customer-facing employees. You'll serve as a connector between employees, managers, HR Shared Services, and cross-functional partners like Legal, Ops, and FP&A.

What You'll Do

  • Own the HR team inbox, triaging requests, responding to inquiries, and routing tasks to the appropriate teams

  • Coordinate and route all approved HR transactions (offers, promotions, transfers, terminations) to Shared Services for Workday processing

  • Partner closely with managers and HR team to ensure end-to-end HR process completion, documentation accuracy, and SLA compliance

  • Act as the primary liaison for immigration, working with employees and outside counsel on petitions, extensions, and green card processing

  • Assist with immigration budget, including spend tracking, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with FP&A and Legal

  • Lead the global mobility process for international transfers, coordinating across Legal, Payroll, IT, and HR Shared Services

  • Collaborate with FP&A on cost alignment, budgeting, and international headcount tracking for transfers

  • Ensure all processes comply with employment regulations across the Americas (U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, etc.)

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee access management, coordinating access between customers, Operations, and assigned employees as part of onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions

  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation, reports, and SOPs

  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements across HR operations

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on coordination, compliance, and operational execution

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience (Compensation or Recruiting modules a plus)

  • Experience supporting or managing immigration programs, including coordination with outside counsel

  • Strong background in process documentation, budget tracking, and shared services partnership

  • Familiarity with global mobility and international employee transfers

  • Strong understanding of employment law in the Americas

  • Experience managing a shared HR inbox or intake system

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Experience coordinating access management or user provisioning workflows is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Hourly Rate Guidelines: $40 - $45
