Commercial Development Specialist

At TD SYNNEX - Shyft Global Services, as aCommercial Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored technology and service solutions. You'll work closely with sales teams, partners, and clients to design and present compelling proposals that align with business goals. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer engagement, solution selling, and commercial strategy within a fast-paced BPO or technology services environment.

• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities by providing technical insights, product knowledge, and solution recommendations.

• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and recommend the best-fit technology and service solutions.

• Help shape winning proposals by asking the right questions and aligning solutions with customer requirements.

• Conduct customized training sessions for partners and clients to boost product knowledge and drive adoption.

• Partner with internal teams to build and showcase solutions using demo platforms and solution centers.

• Participate in executive briefings, trade shows, webinars, and marketing events to promote our offerings and strengthen relationships.

• Act as a trusted advisor to vendors and resellers, supporting their growth through training, certifications, and strategic guidance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or customer-facing role (preferably in BPO).

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions.

• Experience with CRM tools, proposal platforms, and basic data analysis.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

• Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools and remote training delivery.

• Technical certifications or familiarity with major IT vendors (preferred but not required).
