Product and Engineering BizOps sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy. While we support our Product and Engineering teams directly, we work closely with the broader Slack and Salesforce leadership teams and partner cross-functionally across our Go-to-Market and Operations organizations. As a core member of the team, you will deliver insights that drive decision-making, execution, and investments for key product initiatives. Success requires clear communication skills, analytical savvy, problem-solving sophistication, and a passion for operational excellence.

Role Description:

  • Drive the development and execution of our product-led sales motion & GTM strategy - enabling user acquisition, upsell, and enterprise growth for new product introductions

    • Support the end-to-end new product introduction and GTM launch for our enterprise customers

    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customer base, market trends, competition, and industry best practices to advise sales strategy and pricing & packaging

    • Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, enable successful sales execution, and improve customer journey & lifecycle

    • Supervise and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth, engagement, and conversion

    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams craft and implement our GTM strategy

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across key business pillars (Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, Marketing) to drive coordination and alignment

    • Drive primary partnership with Global Strategy Team & build metrics orientation (e.g. leads, pipeline, ACV) to align partners and drive growth narrative

    • Share thoughtful analysis and insights to support decision-making and guide strategy development

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure alignment of business goals and objectives

  • Prepare and deliver consolidated business performance insights & reporting for executive leadership

    • Support Slack's cross-functional topline team to prepare and deliver clear, concise, and accurate business reporting on a monthly / quarterly basis

    • Interpret and translate data into easily digestible and actionable insights to guide strategy and decision-making; identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern / opportunity

    • Determine areas for process improvement as part of data collection, analysis, & reporting; implement changes to optimize efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of related work experience at a tech company (Enterprise SaaS experience preferred) or management consulting organization

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • Ability to manage end-to-end workstreams and apply structure to complex, ambiguous problems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (SQL a pls)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to translate complex data into understandable and practical insights

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
