As an Account Receivable Clerk at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of customer statements by posting accounts, allowances, refunds, and payments.

What will you be doing?

* Responsible for collection and payment postings of Resort receivables, both current and delinquent per corporate guidelines

* Liason with operating departments to ensure group billing within PMS is set and communicated as dictated by sales contract with client

* Responsible for accurate and timely billing to customers; to include but not limited to group, corporate, intercompany, member/owner, rentals and attrition

* Monitor sales contracts for continuity and escalate as appropriate

* Prepare allowances and refunds

* Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

* High school diploma and a minimum of one (1) year experience.

* Meet strict time deadlines.

* Work well with minimum supervision.

* Able to think and act independently.

* Operate calculator, PC, Keyboard.

* Extreme attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

* Data entry.

* Performs other duties as assigned
