HIRING HHA AND PCA FOR MOUNT SINAI HOURS NEEDED: Monday Through Friday 5PM-9AM AND Saturday/Sunday 9AM-9PM, 9PM-9AM

Hiring HHA and PCA for multiple shifts in Mount Sinai New York! Must be willing to work the following shifts:

Base Pay Rate: $19.10 - $21.10 per hour

Schedule:

• Sat/Sunday. (9am-9pm 9pm-9am)
• Monday: 5pm-9am
• Tuesday; 5pm-9am
• Wednesday: 5pm-9am
• Thursday: 5pm-9am
• Friday: 5pm-9am

Care Delivery:
To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

  Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.

  Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.

  Help with general light housekeeping.
