Job Description***Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.The Senior Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements for Texas State Technical College (TSTC). This position will oversee and lead institutional reporting efforts, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of submitted data. This role includes strategic oversight of data processes, mentoring team members, and driving data-related initiatives that align with TSTC's mission. The Senior Reporting Analyst will also foster collaboration across departments, proactively address data challenges, and recommend innovative solutions for improving institutional reporting and compliance. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the accuracy and validation of institutional data and other duties as assigned. Salary Range: $57,542.40- $63,296.64 The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. ***This hybrid role requires on-campus work a few days each week.
