We're looking for an inclusive and inspiring Director of Global Sales Enablement to architect the future of sales performance across our global organization. This is your opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation-building a next-generation enablement engine that empowers our teams, accelerates revenue, and drives strategic growth at scale.

You'll lead a world-class team of enablement professionals and partner with senior leaders across Sales, Product Marketing, and beyond to deliver a unified, insight-driven enablement strategy. Your work will shape how we go to market, how we scale, and how we win-globally.

  • Champion cross-functional alignment, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other key stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-impact enablement experiences.
  • Harness the power of data to define KPIs, measure success, and continuously optimize programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Leverage cutting-edge platforms like Allego, Mindtickle, and Seismic to scale enablement, streamline execution, and embed best practices across the organization.
  • Connect the dots between enablement and enterprise strategy-ensuring every initiative ladders up to business impact.

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $114500.00 - $200250.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
