Job Description

Responsible for managing multiple assigned integration projects to completion. Responsibilities include: Reviewing customer requirements; Creating a risk assessment; Evaluating proposed solutions; Engaging business owners/stakeholders as needed; Creating and maintaining the project plan and all daily project management activities; Coordinating interrelated operational tasks required to support the proposed solution; Tracking issues; Monitoring milestones communicating progress, and escalating issues until the project is live and transitioned to the sales team to maintain.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a standardized project plan for each customer integration project.
  • Validate the plan's scope and associated time and resource estimates with supporting business owners, sales, and the customer.
  • Identify risk factors and contingency plans, communicate project status and critical risk factors to management and other stakeholders, and escalate issues as necessary to adjust the project scope, resources, or timeline as needed.
  • Manage communication among stakeholders utilizing available tools to ensure that all parties are aware of the project's progress, risk factors, and required actions.
  • Using information from the client, sales, operations, and IT documents the project's scope, specific requirements, operational processes, product mix, system configuration, and service offering to be implemented.
  • Develop and follow an appropriate transition plan to move the project from integration to ongoing support.
  • Critically evaluate each integration project to identify potential project and program risks.
  • Maintain and help evaluate project metrics in support of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing project tasks to achieve designated milestones and timelines and escalating issues to stakeholders.
  • Document lessons learned and incorporate findings into future projects.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work
  • Experience with Google Suite, Jira, Microsoft Office andMS Project strongly preferred.
  • Able to translate previous work experience into very good problem-solving skills and appropriately apply proven solutions.
  • Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance.
  • Apply existing processes and procedures to solve problems and may receive guidance for problems that are non-routine.
  • May require knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to understand general business concepts and apply them when communicating with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments.

Additional Information

RRD's current salary range for this role is $63,300 to $97,400 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future.At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD's benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
