Job Description Summary We are currently seeking individuals with a strong interest in target discovery and validation to drive early-stage drug discovery. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in immune cell biology, cell signaling, genetics and developmental biology. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing cell-based assays for high-throughput compound screening and for mechanism-of-action studies. The salary for this position is expected to range between: $103,600 and $192,400 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
