Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Program Manager to join our team. The Learning Program Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning programs and initiatives to enhance colleague knowledge, skills, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, project management, and learning technologies. The Learning Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate closely with learning and development team members, and clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, subject matter experts, and deployment teams to execute on the holistic, end to end, enterprise strategy for learning at ArchWell Health.
  • Partner with the Director of Learning and Development and key stakeholders to plan and execute the roll out of a three-year enterprise learning strategy in alignment with business objectives and company growth predictions.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale learning initiatives for onboarding and continuous learning in alignment with ArchWell Health's enterprise learning strategy.
  • Provide program level oversight of execution plans for multiple large scale learning initiatives simultaneously with support from the Learning Architect, Instructional Designers, and Market Enablement team members.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of initiative implementation, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor initiative progress and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop a standard for how learning project plans, timelines, and budgets are managed at ArchWell Health.
  • Conduct regular initiative status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage initiative documentation, including charters and plans.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in learning initiative delivery.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop and deliver high-quality learning materials and resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives through assessments and feedback mechanisms.



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development.



Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Learning Program Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Passion for healthcare and a genuine interest in improving patient outcomes through innovative learning solutions.
