Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 RN, Clinical Manager - Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU) *Location:Gundersen Health System, La Crosse, WI* *Employment Type:Full-Time (1.0 FTE, Salaried)* *About the Role* Gundersen Health System is seeking a dynamic and experiencedClinical Manager (RN)to lead our 20-bedAdult Intensive Care Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative leadership team and make a meaningful impact on patient care and staff development. *Key Responsibilities* Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Adult ICU, SWAT RN Team, and Central Monitoring. Lead and support a team of ~80 RNs in ICU while overseeing the ICU Supervisor (~35 indirect reports, consisting of Critical Care Techs). Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Director, Medical Director to align unit goals with organizational priorities. Registered Nurse (RN) license 5-7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience with demonstrated leadership skills. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. 1 year of management experience. 3 years of critical care/ICU experience. *Ideal Candidate Profile* Strong communication and follow through skills. Proven ability to lead and hold teams accountable. Passion for ICU nursing and patient safety.
