What You Will Do:




  • Create, execute, and maintain a budget that addresses expense, headcount, and P&L.


  • Own P&L and overall expenses for theCDCto meet financial objectives.
  • Lead and work as an integral member of the Site Leadership Team.

  • Develop and direct management of CDCdepts. to ensure timely order processing, inventory control, and effective warehouse management.


  • Manage logistics and outbound transportation processes; implement improved processes and management methods to improve KOPI, LPMH, and optimize material flow.


  • Foster relationships with Sales Leaders to develop short and long-term strategies that support growth and customer satisfaction.


  • Enforce Sonepar business and operation policies.


  • Correspond with branch and company management to resolvequestions and issues as they arise.

  • Participate with dept.managers to investigate and implement operational and administrative process improvements.
  • Develop self and others by assigning and accepting challenges to expand professional knowledge and capabilities.

  • Embody personal leadership qualities through the following:

    • Model desired behaviors, such as volunteering effort and taking accountability.


    • Be curious in interactions with others and have empathy towards separate realities and experiences.

    • Provide clear expectations and set mutually agreed upon goals with direct reports for annual performance reviews.



  • Support team development through talent and succession planning efforts in partnership with HR.
  • Provide safety, DOT, and environmental leadership and accountability.
  • Leverage data and analytics to forecast and plan across supply chain, operations, and logistics.
  • Implement inbound/outbound logistics optimizations inclusive of supplier synergies and cost reductions.
  • Other duties as assigned.



What You Will Bring:




  • Proven history as a leader who solves problems and resolves conflicts to achieve a positive outcome.



  • Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, or operations preferred



  • 10+ years experience in supply chain



  • Background in LEAN/Kaizen culture as a facilitator; Blackbelt certification preferred



  • Strong people leader who engages in the servant leadership model



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills



  • Strong business acumen, including creating and managing annual budget



  • Experience leading transformational change at the business-unit level



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams and Outlook



  • Experience with Eclipse ERP preferred



  • Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and Fm CSA regulations





Physical Requirements and Work Environment:




  • Office environment, mainly seated at a desk



  • Standing and lifting (Up to 50lbs) computer equipment and paper.
