Requisition Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized OBD Certification Documentation Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the OBD certification documentation process, ensuring timely submissions and effective communication among team members and international partners. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in driving the success of our certification projects.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain the project plan and schedule for initial submissions.
  • Facilitate OBD certification documentation team meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Develop, maintain and present initial submission status report slides and manage email communications.
  • Oversee the completion of team preparation tasks as detailed in the project task list before the project kick-off.
  • Organize and facilitate the project kick-off meeting and maintain the task list for ongoing activities.
  • Lead the completion of the reviewer list for all new and modified certification application parts.
  • Collaborate with international teams to track and align reviews, including checklist sign-off, calibration software releases, supplier documentation deliveries, and test result evaluations.
  • Coordinate with other PACCAR teams to ensure all changes are tracked and properly reviewed.
  • Organize and facilitate Lessons Learned meetings to promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite of software
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with industry-standard tools, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (e.g., ANT, Antenna House, Azure DevOps Pipelines, DITA, DITA OT, Git, Oxygen XML, Schematron, XML, and XSLT).
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
