This role will drive both programmatic and skill development for the ESBP community, as well as the transformation of ESBP roles and capabilities, helping to define performance measures, and drive enablement strategies that enhance impact across the enterprise.

Acting as a key partner to senior ES and business leaders, you will align people-related initiatives with enterprise goals, optimizing the ESBP service delivery, and scaling programs and frameworks that build business partnership excellence. You'll bring thought leadership, operational rigor, and a passion for workforce innovation to enable the next chapter of our ESBP function.

  • Partner with the Workforce Innovation team and other key stakeholders to define and develop next-gen ESBP capabilities, with a focus on digital fluency, AI adoption, and organizational agility.
  • Assess and integrate the impact of AI and Digital Labor on ESBP responsibilities, workforce composition, and capability design.
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for ESBP role transformation, driving global understanding, adoption, and enablement.

ESBP Enablement & Community Leadership

  • Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive ESBP enablement strategy that equips ESBPs with the tools, resources, training, and insights to drive business impact.
  • Own the planning and coordination of enablement sessions, including tactical execution such as session scheduling, stakeholder alignment, presentation development, and senior leader involvement.
  • Partner with the Change & Enablement team to execute GTM plans for key ES products and programs through ESBP-focused enablement initiatives.
  • Build and sustain a strong global ESBP community through best practice sharing, collaborative forums, and curated development opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to ES leadership and COE program owners, ensuring ESBP needs and enterprise priorities remain tightly connected.
  • Lead workforce skilling efforts for the ESBP population, driving capability development aligned to business strategy and measurable outcomes.

ES Program Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Define and maintain governance models, operating frameworks, and scalable processes that ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across the ESBP function.
  • Drive operational rigor across ESBP initiatives, ensuring delivery timelines, execution plans, and communications are clear, efficient, and aligned with broader enterprise efforts.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of ESBP programs and enablement strategies through data, feedback, and impact metrics-evolving approaches as needed for scale and relevance.

ES Strategic Initiatives

  • Manage a portfolio of high-priority ES initiatives, driving alignment with business goals and corporate strategy
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to structure ES programs, identify key themes, mitigate risks, and drive internal alignment across stakeholders
  • Ensure effective change management strategies are embedded into ES Programs and Initiatives to promote adoption and sustainability
Qualifications
