Responsibilities

The Senior Program Management Support will Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Other Duties Include;

  • Define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure alignment of program activities with organizational strategic goals
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional program teams
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members
  • Manage customer expectations and communicate program status effectively
  • Develop and manage program budgets
  • Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns
  • Ensure that program deliverables meet technical requirements and quality standards
  • Prepare and present regular program status reports to customers
  • Maintain accurate program documentation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking progress, documenting decisions, and managing knowledge sharing within the team
  • Ensure program activities comply with relevant Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and guidelines

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

  • 15+ years of Program Management and/or Program Element Monitor experience

  • Experience managing complex technical programs from inception to completion

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with government contracting and procurement processes

  • Preferred: DAU Program Management Level III certification

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred

Clearance requirement:

  • Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI)
