The Company owns and operates 3,100+ kidney dialysis centers to serve over 1.7 million patients, domestically and internationally. The Senior Lead Analyst role resides in our IT Product Operations team, part of the greater Information Technology department. The position will be staffed in our Corporate Business Office located in Denver, CO and reports directly to the Sr. Manager of IT Product Operations Team. We are seeking a Sr. Lead Analyst to play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and enabling data-driven decisions across our product and engineering landscape. The ideal candidate is both analytical and business-minded, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, ownership and becoming the subject matter expert of the technology intake process, understanding and supporting OKRs, product reporting and product ways of working, and ownership over reports, analysis, tools, templates and processes to enable the effective delivery of Products through projects from beginning to end. The Sr. Lead Analyst should bring a passion for critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, accountability, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.
