LCOR is currently seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team in Chesterbrook, PA from August 2025 to November 2025 to assist with the creation, development, and coordination of a wide range of digital and traditional marketing projects. This position will observe and assist the marketing department daily with an emphasis on social media and events coordination, promotional material/collateral, etc. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a creative, innovative team in a fast-paced environment, while working on various projects simultaneously. This is a paid internship program (part time a few days a week) that offers students or recent graduates the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the real estate industry.

Main Job Functions:



  1. Create eye-catching and engaging collateral, both digital and print, that aligns with brand standards and enhances visibility.
  2. Perform thorough testing on websites, emails, and forms to ensure functionality, accuracy, and optimal user experience.
  3. Maintain and update online property listings and marketing materials to reflect current offerings and promotions.
  4. Identify and leverage innovative digital avenues to attract prospective residents, including competitive analysis of similar properties.
  5. Participate in market research, campaign planning, execution, and brainstorming sessions
  6. Maintain thorough product knowledge of our communities and competitors.




      Job Duties & Responsibilities:



      1. Design promotional materials tailored to current residents, supporting engagement and retention efforts.
      2. Assist in developing email templates and campaign workflows within the email marketing system.
      3. Track resident reviews across platforms and compile actionable insights for improvement and response.
      4. Work closely with LCOR's internal marketing team to support ongoing projects and gain insight into daily operations.
      5. Track key metrics for organic social campaigns, interpret data trends, and recommend improvements.
      6. Collaborate on strategies to increase qualified traffic across digital channels and maximize lead generation.
      7. Demonstrate strong project and time management skills and the ability to consistently meet multiple deadlines.



        Job Requirements:

        1-3 years of marketing coursework relevant to marketing. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience in Microsoft Office. Experience with creating online content marketing and social media development strategies. Social analytic experience is preferred. Capacity to prioritize projects, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines. Possession of strong communication skills with ability to remain open to constructive feedback. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team.
