Position Summary:

As a Motion Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing dynamic visual storytelling that enhances our brand identity and connects with our target audiences. This position is responsible for designing, producing, and editing motion graphics, animated infographics, and high-quality video content across various digital platforms. You'll collaborate with creative, external marketing and product teams to bring concepts to life, support video initiatives, and ensure a visually engaging experience from concept through final delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, media ads, and TV commercials, specifically tailored to brand and product.
  • Collaborate with product teams to bring their vision to life through engaging video content that highlights financial services, community engagement, and products.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all video content meets regulatory requirements.
  • Manage projects to ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice.
  • Work extensively with the content and creative team to create compelling scripts and concepts for videos.
  • Utilizecreativestorytelling and technical expertise to produce compelling video narratives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of final products.
  • Stay updated on the latest video editing software, trends, and techniques, with a focus on AI platforms and financial sector trends.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance video content, maintaining a high standard of quality.

Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Licensure, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, video production, and editing, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, video production, and editing, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven experience as a motion graphic designer and video editor, with a strong portfolio or reel demonstrating expertise
  • Proficiency in software such as the AdobeCreativeSuite (Premiere, After Effects Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus if you know Cinema 4D
  • Plus if you have working knowledge of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Krea, Magnific, ElevenLabs, Udio)
  • Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for various platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, and brand teams preferred.

  • Our company offers a dynamic hybrid work arrangement, which requires three days of on-site work. Our retail roles are required to be onsite at the branch locations.
