Job Summary

Job Description

SR. Outbound Supervisor - This position will help manage and oversee the daily operations of the outbound department. This includes the picking/auditing/shipping processes is being performed to ensure on time delivery is being achieved.
Responsibilities:
Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, training, managing labor cost, providing feedback and development opportunities,
Continuous Improvement: Monitoring KPI's, Identifying and Implementing process improvement strategies to improve the operational process flow. Overseeing/Monitoring accuracy and efficiency of performance/productive, generate KPI reports, and ensuring compliance/policies are being performed.
Safety: Safety initiatives are being demonstrated daily and utilizing all safety precautions.
Quality: conducting audits to ensure all processes are being performed.
Overall: Managing the Oracle Department (being able to problem solve, delegate, follow-up, and effectively communicate) WMS for tracking and analysis.
Qualifications: 5-10 years in a supervisory role and warehouse experience
Education: A high school diploma or GED, a college degree preferred, but not required.
Skills: Must have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, WMS proficiency, ability to interpret reports, problem solving, and analytical skills. Organizational and time management skills. Forklift Certification is required.

* Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports
Knowledge & Experience
* Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution. Typically requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline
* Typically has a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification and 3 years of prior relevant experience
