We're looking for a Systems Support Analyst Specialist to join our ever-evolving Valutec TSO Support team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

Our Tech and Security teams keep us moving each day, no matter where we are in the world. From the hardware to the networks and everything between, they humbly make it all happen.

Our team supports the Valutec closed loop gift card program that has been around for 20 plus years! This team supports all aspects of the Valutec applications from customer facing back end.

What you'll own

  • Application support of Valutec which is windows based.

  • Knowledge of file transfer-based technology

  • Knowledge of windows scripting

  • Ability to handle support issues which could involve joining bridges and troubleshoot through issues.

  • Knowledge of Windows OS's to be able to support our applications, i.e. IIS and SQL.

What you bring

  • Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell scripting and Windows Server OS

  • A bachelor's in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of work experience in software quality control, systems analysis, system support, software development or related discipline.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $113,600.00 - $190,900.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.This position is eligible for bonus. The job duties outlined above may be directly, and negatively impacted by a criminal history, which could lead to the withdrawal of a conditional offer. However, all qualified candidates with arrests or convictions will still be considered.
