Who you'll work with
You will join the North American Experienced Professional Talent Attraction team in the Chicago, Phoenix or Tampa office. You will work with recruiters and managers within the Experienced Professional team to ensure a strong pipeline of highly skilled, qualified and motivated people are available to join the firm. You will help in developing and delivering high quality, full-cycle, recruitment practices which embody our values and create an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Your Impact
You will work with leadership to understand and define talent needs, develop profile specifications and manage targets.
In this role, you will plan, coordinate and drive full cycle hiring activities for both experienced professional and campus candidates. Responsibilities include candidate identification via application review, direct sourcing and referral management, candidate assessment and cultivation. You must have strong ability to attract and develop candidate interest through compelling messaging coupled with keen understanding of competitive hiring landscape.
You will help candidates understand the unique value proposition of joining McKinsey and provide end-to-end management of candidates in your pipeline; this includes intake conversations, assessment, through to offer creation and cultivation. You will manage cultivation and integration of hires into the firm and participate in recruiting-related projects when needed (e.g. recruiting system design, reporting, assessment).
You will work closely with the recruiting team to plan, coordinate and execute all stages of the recruitment process (from interview days, to events, to cultivation) to contribute to the development of our recruiting strategy. Your qualifications and skills
  • University degree required
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong analytical ability, including high degree of comfort with Excel & PowerPoint
  • End to end recruiting experience working closely with all levels of a business and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants & technologists at all levels, and recruiting colleagues
  • Ability to lead creative direct sourcing strategies and comfort proactively building pipelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; growth mindset and willingness to dive in where priorities require leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions; desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting processes
  • Outstanding organizational and process management skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; track record as self-starter; mindful of external reputation; discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information
  • Flexibility to deal with and troubleshoot last minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure and comfortable working with minimal direction

is $78,400 - $113,000 USD -to help you understand what you can expect. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest
[salary/hourly wages] for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important
to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion
and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
