You will be working in one of our North American offices as part of our Growth, Marketing & Sales practice. As the Pricing Solution Delivery Senior Analyst, you will:
  • Work in teams to tackle key strategic, organizational, and operational challenges faced by our clients
  • Collaborate within a team to deliver capabilities that transform how our clients establish and execute their merchandising and/or pricing strategy; our clients benefit from our collective experience in bringing the best of McKinsey strategy together with our best-in-class Periscope Pricing Solutions
  • Collaborate with client business and technical stakeholders to deliver end to end solutions; we are looking for talented individuals who have a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a desire to deliver high quality end to end intuitive and impactful analytic products using advanced data driven approaches
  • Work within a cross-functional team of data scientists, solution analysts, data engineers and product experts to execute solution deployments, analysis, and/or upgrades; this role provides exposure to multiple client business and technical leaders
  • Master the analytics and methodology embedded into the solutions and the data concepts related to the sector domains
  • Develop a deep understanding of the domain/function (across pricing, promotions, loyalty, trade promotion management and/or assortment), to clearly articulate the benefits of Periscope to clients, both external and internal, and how they are implemented in an organization; this involves engaging with client sponsors on a regular basis to discuss how to drive user adoption and helping them with questions they might have regarding the solution and its impact to their business

Your qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or in engineering (MBA is a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of consulting, analytic pricing, merchandising and/or technology delivery
  • Experience working with analytical topics, data science, data visualization tools and statistics, within CPG, and/or retail organizations preferred
  • Experience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and data team to collaboratively design, configure and deliver solutions
  • Experience with managing large scale projects, leading multiple workstreams and working with multiple business stakeholders in a matrixed environment to influence decision-making
  • Able to articulate solutions to stakeholders with different degrees of business and technical knowledge
  • Able to work well in highly entrepreneurial environment with teams and with client sponsors on a regular basis
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it in a clear and simple manner
  • Experience of leading a team, collaborating with or managing junior resources. Able to identify requirements and translate into actionable design documentation
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience working with large data sources and proficiency in latest cloud based advanced tools and platform
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity; ability and experience to make decisions based on assumptions, data-led hypothesis testing and pros/cons analysis
