Primary Responsibilities:



  • Analyze business data processing problems to implement and improve systems and streamline existing processes, develop and report on data trends, and perform data analysis
  • Optimize and improve the efficiency of future and existing code to do faster and better data analysis for reporting and application purpose
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
  • Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Perform complex conceptual analysis
  • Review work performed by colleagues and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Provide explanations and information to business representatives on the most complex issues
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create and maintain reports in SSRS using relational and SSAS data source
  • Gather requirements, analyze, create design documents, and perform impact analysis
  • Evaluate data systems, operations, and organizational aspects of various departments, and make recommendations
  • Create database models, maintain dashboards and reports, develop interfaces for BI packages and identify data security issues and recommend solutions
  • Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Maintain compliance with CMS requirements, modeling financial impacts to changes in risk adjustment data and methodologies

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in highly analytical environment which can include data analytics and visualizations, management consulting or information systems
  • Experience working with ETL tools like MS SSIS, Visual Studio, etc.
  • Firsthand experience with 2+ data visualization tools like SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Knowledge of healthcare administrative data (Medicals Claims, Enrollment, Provider data)
  • Proficiency with SQL and good understanding of database systems
  • Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with managing and modeling of large data sets.
  • Proven solid analytical expertise to perform data analysis, statistical analysis, data manipulation, data extraction and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment to design, analyze, and report on research projects



Preferred Qualification:



  • Knowledge of CMS regulations and specifications regarding Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
