How You'll Contribute: You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials. Initially you will be placed in a 2-year rotation across key Diversified Supply Chain and Procurement functions including Warehouse, Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Procurement. At the end of the rotation, you will be placed in a final role that is a best fit for your skills and company need. In this rotation you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands, reduce costs, and maintain a competitive edge in the market. What You'll Do: Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies to improve flow through the warehouse and in our E2E supply chain. Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects Controlling inventory via warehouse management systems & processes Managing timely shipping & receiving of customer orders and supply Designing and utilizing digital tools to drive scale and work simplification. Developing and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the processing area and enable us to be a supplier of choice for our customers.
