GENERAL SUMMARY: Are you passionate about guiding patients through some of the most critical moments in their healthcare journey? At the heart of our Clinical Navigation Team, Oncology Nurse Navigators are trusted allies and advocates for individuals facing cancer. These experienced oncology nurses use their clinical expertise to provide personalized support, breaking down barriers and helping patients, families, and caregivers navigate the complex healthcare system with confidence and compassion. As a vital member of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, financial counselors, and patient access coordinators to ensure seamless, coordinated, and compassionate care-from diagnosis through survivorship. You won't do this alone. You'll be supported by Patient Access Coordinators, administrative professionals skilled in logistics and customer service, allowing you to focus on what matters most: providing high-touch, individualized care and building lasting trust with your patients. Reporting Structure: Work Schedule & Environment The Oncology Nurse Navigator will work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM, based on the needs of the assigned clinics. This position includes a hybrid remote component, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work, depending on clinical and patient care requirements.
