Ingersoll Rand is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our high-impact IRP, MP Pump, and Oberdorfer Pump (MPOB) Business Unit. If you're passionate about continuous improvement and thrive on making a measurable difference, this is your opportunity to shine. In this role, you'll leverage your deep knowledge of the Ingersoll Rand Business System (TBS) to elevate supplier quality and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the board. You'll also take the lead in managing our supplier certification processes (such as ISO) and ensuring excellence through the gauging calibration program that supports our manufacturing operations.
