Care At Home - Who we are: https://youtu.be/FJpe-cbaA7g?si=ula_iBAkPPb7PTPm (Copy and paste into browser) Join our team as the Infusion Operations Manager, where you'll oversee daily operations for Intake, Clinical Technician, and Documentation teams supporting both home infusion and Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) patients. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll ensure patients are efficiently admitted to care, coordinate with referral sources, and support financial and clinical workflows. Responsibilities include process improvement, staff supervision, reporting, payer audits, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills are key to success in this role. What Awaits You?
Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum $31.96/hour - Maximum $55.95/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
