Our financial services client is looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager to help our client with an IAM initiative involving SailPoint Identity Secure Cloud (ISC), also known as SailPoint Atlas. This role will sit two days on site in Arlington, Texas and is contract to hire on W2 with TEKsystems. The client needs a leader and driver who takes initiative rather than someone who waits on stakeholders to give them tasks. The client is looking for a technical delivery program manager with strong stakeholder management and executive presence skills. The team will be a mix of internal FTEs, onshore, nearshore, and offshore contractors. The client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Tech Standards & Enterprise Reusable Services capability to drive standardization and promote reuse as part of our NorthStar architecture. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and managing strategic technology initiatives related to architecture. Your expertise in program management, development practices, enterprise architecture, and financial services combined with a sound set of technical skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects and initiatives. Experience in managing large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs, Experience with SailPoint, migrating from on-prem to cloud (SailPoint Atlas, SailPoint Identity Secure Cloud - ISC) Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different levels of hierarchy Strong understanding of software development practices and architecture patterns & principles Experience in managing teams/programs utilizing microservices and event driven architecture Experience helping organizations move data and infrastructure to the cloud is ideal.
