The Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) Sales Specialist at Foley Equipment is a dynamic role focused on the sale of new and used Compact Construction Equipment products and work tools to walk-in customers. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a retail-oriented environment and enjoy engaging with customers directly. What You Will Do In This Role: Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of the various CCE models to recommend the correct machine based on the customer's application(s) and needs. Arrange and maintain showroom displays to ensure a customer-ready environment. Conduct engaging demonstrations of new and used equipment and products. Utilize Sales Link CRM to maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information for sales management. Collaborate with sales, rental, service, and parts personnel to ensure seamless customer service. Manage in-bound leads by qualifying, entering, and assigning them appropriately. Prepare quotes and explain financing or leasing options to customers. Complete sales and service contracts efficiently. Travel for training and to assist at other locations as needed. Our Ideal Candidate: Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn company-related systems and functions. Knowledgeable about financing options to assist customers in securing purchases. Ability to assess and maintain knowledge of used equipment values. Highly motivated with a self-starting initiative. Excellent communication skills to build strong customer relationships. What Will Put You Ahead: Experience in the construction equipment or rental industry is preferred. Prior sales or inside sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
