City/State Williamsburg, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Assumes responsibility and accountability for strategic planning and success of surgical services. Responsible for increasing volumes that have a strategic and positive financial impact on the current and future success of the hospital. Coordinates the development and marketing of new services. Contributes to the success of the hospital through achievement of system, hospital and departmental goals and objectives. Education Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required) Masters Degree in Nursing (Preferred) Experience 10 years of nursing experience (Experience in Surgical Services preferred) 5 years of Healthcare management experience We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$111,654.40-$207,355.20. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
