At Nokia, we're seeking an NI Analyst Relations IP & ON to cultivate impactful connections with key industry analysts. In this role, you'll play a vital part in showcasing Nokia's IPN and Optical Networks strategies, products, and achievements to the analyst community, ensuring a positive and accurate understanding of our contributions to Network Infrastructure.   • Develop and execute on a broad outreach program to the analyst community that highlights key business initiatives and communicates new product launches, announcements and other impactful messaging
  • Mix of tactics to include webcasts, briefings (at industry events and by phone), round tables (in person and virtually) and email blasts to ensure maximum mindshare
  • Arrange message testing, analyst quotes in PRs/SoMe/videos, and pre-briefings around product launches, deal wins
  • Plan/execute on adjunct in-person analyst events during SReXperts and Wavelengths private customer events; prepare and manage event budgets
  • Schedule recurring quarterly earnings update briefings with analysts for their market share reports; collaborate with internal teams to develop quarterly communiques and presentations that also feature key customer wins, announcements, key blog picks
  • Drive positive commentary, recommendations and coverage by building strong, collaborative relationships with influential analysts and Nokia executives, product strategy and product line management leaders, marketing leaders and subject matter experts
  • Provide targeted analyst outreach to support IPN and ON business goals and marketing campaigns to include custom work like CSP surveys, white papers, application notes, webinar participation, case studies, and Nokia event guest speakers
  • Monitor key analyst research agendas and coverage, and share relevant research throughout IPN and ON leadership and stakeholder community
  • Provide ongoing analyst feedback and competitive information to key internal stakeholders to ensure data is integrated into product strategy, narratives, and marketing materials. Regularly report out on performance metrics for each IAR initiative to track program effectiveness and alignment with business unit objectives

You have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, telecommunications management, or communications (with a strong financial background).
  • Experience in corporate strategy, PR, or communications within a telecommunications firm, experience assisting with earnings calls, investor days, or regulatory filings.
  • Strong understanding of the full IPN and ON portfolios, business fundamentals and technology. Excellent understanding of the industry analyst firm landscape, the way Nokia works with industry analysts and the business reasoning
  • Speaking and presentation skills: Demonstrates ability to present complex business ideas, strategies, and results succinctly and persuasively at the senior executive level. Delivers compelling verbal communications - even on contentious topics - with confidence and sensitivity.

It would be nice If you also had:

  • A master's degree in finance, investor relations, or corporate communications.. A professional certification in project management.
