Job Summary:

The Marketing Professional, working under general supervision, plays a critical role in supporting the execution of customer and agent-focused marketing initiatives that align with business segment goals and strategies. This role supports the Marketing Strategy Leads in executing agent, customer, and consumer marketing strategies in alignment with business segment goals. Working closely with Marketing Strategy Leads, this role contributes to the execution of go-to-market plans, campaign analysis, project management and marketing program execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Marketing Strategy Leads in the development and implementation of integrated customer and consumer marketing strategies across multiple channels, aligned with go-to-market plans and business segment priorities.
  • Leverages project management skills to execute go to market strategies developed by the Marketing Strategy Leads.
  • Monitors and analyzes campaign performance using Key Performance Indicators to identify optimization opportunities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensures marketing deliverables and programs reflect strong company brand alignment.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Creative Services, Communications, Digital Marketing, and external partners where applicable.
  • Applies marketing methodologies and a project management rigor ensuring that required review and approvals are gained by stakeholders within and deliverables are executed according to the timeline.
  • Prepare/s and delivers campaign updates, reports, marketing briefs, and executive summaries to Marketing Strategy Leads.
  • Maintains and organizes strategic documentation, timelines, and project plans where appropriate.
  • Manages continuous refinement of marketing materials, updates and auditing materials.
  • Emails Marketing execution support: coordination, ensuring set-up is accurate, review test copy.
  • Supports Marketing Strategy Lead in Project Brief development.
  • Utilizes and manages data and communications lists in support of go to market campaigns and communication initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1+years of experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Branding, Communications or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP) (Preferred)

Location:

Hybrid - defined as working three or more days per week in the office.
