Are you a friendly, organized, and proactive individual who enjoys creating a warm and professional environment? Staffmark is hiring a Workplace Experience Specialist to support the office in Minneapolis, MN. In this
highly visible, part-time role, you'll be the welcoming face of the office and the go-to person for a variety of administrative, facilities, and employee experience tasks.

Pay: $19.50/hr

Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (onsite)

What You'll Do:



  • Welcome visitors, answer phones, and manage front desk
  • Support clerical tasks and assist with internal events
  • Keep lobby and common areas clean and organized
  • Handle mail, shipping, and supply management
  • Maintain break areas, restrooms, and office supply levels
  • Report facility issues as needed



What You Bring:



  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year admin, clerical, or front desk experience
  • Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential info
  • Comfortable lifting up to 15 lbs
