About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and technically inclined Clinical Technician (ClinTech) to support our Respiratory Therapists in delivering and setting up life-enhancing medical equipment. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role ideal for individuals with experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical administration who are passionate about helping others and eager to learn. Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Employment Type: Full-Time \| Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities In the Field (Post-Training): * Deliver, set up, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment (e.g., CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen, nebulizers) at hospitals, assisted living facilities, and patient homes. * Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, care, and financial responsibilities. * Complete all required documentation accurately and on time (e.g., delivery tickets, safety checklists, patient instructions). In the Office: * Serve as a Customer Service Representative when not in the field. * Answer inbound/outbound calls and emails, process orders, and schedule equipment delivery. * Verify insurance, analyze referrals, and ensure accurate data entry. What We're Looking For * 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience in a medical, insurance, or office setting. * Experience working one-on-one with customers or patients. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical and medical information clearly. * Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients into seated positions. * High school diploma or equivalent. Training & Onboarding * Hands-on training with management for approximately one month. * No prior experience with medical equipment required-full training provided. On-Call Rotation (Post-Hire) * Weekday Evenings (5 PM-9 PM): $25 stipend * Weekends (9 AM-9 PM): $60 stipend * Paid hourly for time spent on calls, even if no calls are received.
