About the role:

The Manager Sales Operations is responsible for providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on GBS sales strategy. Partnering with the VP, Sales & Business Operations (SBA), the role requires a strong focus on analytical Insights, executive reporting, and creation of C-Level executive presentations / insights to support and drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionality to optimize deliverable management, and evaluation of business wide sales strategy.

What you will do:

  • Function as a strategic partner to GBS Leadership driving operational excellence across the Global Leadership Team and our business partners (Team NCVI).

  • Drive communication, collaboration and prioritization across Team NCVI aligned to GBS business priorities.

  • Support productivity and execution of Global Leadership Team meetings by owning the planning, agenda, and timely follow up (Action Tracker, Setback schedules, pre-reads).

  • Own and continuously improve GBS operating cadence (e.g., GLT meetings, Sales meetings, GBS Ops, Offsites, etc.).

  • Leverage knowledge of the leader's goals and business approach to ensure business activities are aligned with the leader's objectives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across a wide range of stakeholders including Executive Leadership, Sales Leadership, SBA team, Business Strategy and Operations, Communications, and other team NCVI partners.

  • Standardize the process to effectively monitor project status and success metrics to share leadership updates on a quarterly basis ensuring alignment across the GBS business.

  • Leverage strong oral and written communication skills to enable collaboration and feedback loop without an agenda for GLT, BU and Sales Operations cadences.

  • Partner with MVP and VP to drive strategic planning for the organization, prioritize, and communicate GBS priorities.

  • Travel requirement: Up to 10% of time travelling for operations meetings, conference attendance, or in support of sales leadership meetings.

What you will need:

  • This innovative and high visibility position requires critical thinking, leadership skills, sharp business acumen, expert collaboration, analytical ability and influencing skills as well as a high degree of ownership.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred

  • Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or program excellence

  • Required strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, MS Power Apps Suite, Teams, PPT & PBI)

  • Proven ability in developing, executing, and managing in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement through executive leadership deliverables, and presentations.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, critical thinker, strong communicator, and collaborator

  • Aptitude for translating strategy into execution in a complex and cross-functional organization.

  • Ability to understand KPIs and business analytics, reporting and dashboards and being able to drive accountability on those data points.

  • A self-starter with ability to independently manage work and drive multiple deliverables concurrently.

  • Must have ability to stay ahead in a constantly changing environment.

  • Comfortable to partner, influence and build a trust-based, value-added relationships with senior sales leaders.

  • Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.

  • Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement.

  • A proactive thinker who thrives on using data to tell a story with actionable insights.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 84,000 USD - 116,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
