Position Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial & Data Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines core financial planning responsibilities with data-driven decision support. You'll be at the intersection of finance, analytics, and strategy-building financial models, analyzing trends, and turning data into insights that drive business performance. Duties & Responsibilities
Build and maintain dynamic financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
Analyze revenue, expenses, and performance metrics across departments
Extract and analyze large data sets to inform strategic initiatives and collaborate with FP&A, supply chain, and other internal teams to deliver actionable insights and mitigate forecast variances
Design and maintain dashboards to visualize key financial and operational KPIs
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support business decisions
Monitor, analyze and support the Company's daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate/optimize the short-term borrowing or investments
Manager treasury operations pertaining to but not limited to the cash management, bank accounts, credit facility, store & internal support, letters of credit, internal controls/SOX
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years' relevant work experience required
Proven ability to analyze, model, & deck data for C-Suite presentations
Ability to quickly understand complex transactions
Knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products
Ability to apply finance and treasury principles as needed
Strong Excel skills required
Strong/demonstrable ability to analyze business processes and recommend/implement improvements
Ability to work, and communicate effectively, with all levels of the corporation
