Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking an experienced Intelligence Targeting Analyst - Subject Matter Expert (ITA SME) to provide advanced targeting and analytical support to special operations and counterterrorism missions. This role demands deep expertise in HVI/network targeting, F3EAD methodologies, and the integration of all-source intelligence into operational plans. The ITA SME will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and exploiting high-value networks and targets in dynamic, time-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage all aspects of advanced targeting analysis using the F3EAD (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate) process to support special operations missions.
  • Apply advanced HVI (High-Value Individual) and network targeting methodologies, including nodal analysis and pattern of life development.
  • Utilize current intelligence applications, databases, and tools to fuse all-source information into actionable targeting packages and operational products.
  • Produce finished intelligence assessments that support planning, execution, and post-mission exploitation.
  • Provide expert-level briefings to senior military and government officials; guide and mentor junior analysts in targeting tradecraft.
  • Collaborate with intelligence, operations, and planning teams to synchronize efforts across regional, CT, and geopolitical missions.
  • Support real-time operational environments by responding to rapid taskings, developing target decks, and maintaining awareness of emerging threats.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Minimum of three (3) years targeting experience within previous five (5) years.
  • Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.
  • Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.
  • Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
  • Experience in the following analytical areas: CT, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis.
  • Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is required.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.


Clearance Requirements

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Work Location: Washington, DC

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $134,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
