We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and families. What You'll Be Doing: * Answering 60-80 inbound calls daily from patients, vendors, and medical facilities * Providing exceptional service by listening, assisting, and resolving inquiries * Scheduling and rescheduling appointments via phone, SMS, and patient portal * Accurately routing calls and ensuring follow-ups are handled promptly * Supporting patients with appointment changes and general questions * Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless patient care * Meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment What You Bring: * Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English * 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare setting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional phone etiquette and a calm, empathetic demeanor * Ability to type 35 WPM with 90% accuracy Apply now! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
