About the Role: We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Associate to join the Americas Regional Marketing Team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and execute customer development plans for Residents and Fellows within the Americas Cardiac and Surgical Solutions business groups. You will work across businesses in concert with strategic marketers to orchestrate high priority physician engagements intended to move physicians through the relationship funnel.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute on integrated customer development plans in coordination with product marketing teams, sales, and support functions to implement shared near and long-term strategies
  • Apply customer and clinical knowledge to iterate and evolve the Residents & Fellows Program, with added focus on areas of customer cross-over with the other business groups
  • Establish and execute processes to track fellowship engagement pathways across the sales and marketing organization, enabling visibility to interactions and setting expectations for handoffs to ensure continuous customer engagement
  • Serve as deep customer expert to cross-functional partners, leveraging the physician journey maps, customer research and data to influence and inform residents and fellows touchpoints across the organization
  • Lead execution of identified key Residents and Fellows events and initiatives through strategy, design and implementation
  • Identify, assess and report key fellows program metrics to articulate the contribution of the program to business KPIs andoverall regional business objectives
  • Represent region-specific market insights and customer needs to global marketing and business partners in support of business planning, financial forecasting, and product and service development needs
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to inform HCP engagement efforts and ensure compliant development and execution all initiatives

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelors Degree OR relevant clinical certifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' strategic marketing, customer engagements, and/or physician training and education experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
  • Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and integrating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver on business objectives
  • Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and change
  • Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing across multi brand portfolios
  • Ability to develop relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders
  • Ability to travel up to 30%



Desired Qualifications:



  • Experience in the Cardiac and/or Surgical repair therapies
  • Experience with adult learning principles and educational program development
  • Demonstrated experience developing customer engagement plans to include program metrics/KPIs and performance managing for results



This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
